Miniature Industrial Pendant Lamp

Everything was great. The lamps fit the time period and the size was perfect for my craftsman HO roundhouse.

Used three of these in my old two stall engine house, I painted them black. They look so good and put out plenty of light. I use the "yellow" light, not the "bright white", for a more realistic look. I control them through a switch, and use a 12 vdc. power supply.

I am putting together a mini, modern children's library and was having trouble finding appropriate lighting -- until I saw these lights. They are perfect to highlight particular areas in the library -- good size and the tubing, etc., has enough give that I can adjust to my needs. The shipping was quick and everything arrived in good working order. Loved the other lighting products on the website -- for the next project, as I would definitely order from Evan Designs again.

This shop made my first foray into adding diorama lights easy, and the pendant lamps are perfect over a tiny kitchen island (or mad scientist lab). I can attest to how bright the Chips are—do NOT look directly into the lamp when you turn it on to test :D Now I’m adding lights to all my miniatures—can’t wait to place my next order.

I just recently discovered your website and needless to say I am very impressed with the tremendous variety of products for the miniaturist. I have been building dollhouses for 25 years now and the only available lighting back then, and until rather recently, was incandescent lights. They worked very well but were not terribly bright. The advent of LED lighting changed that and Evan Designs has made it available for dollhouses. There are only a few others around who make LED lights for dollhouses. Now that I have found your site, a whole new world has opened up for me. I recently ordered two goose-neck lamps. They arrived very quickly and have exceeded my expectations. I will definitely visit this site again and again for my future needs. But for all those who aren't into dollhouses, this site has so much to offer for other hobbyists such as model train layouts, other types of miniature dioramas, etc. Keep up the great work, and continue thinking outside of the box.

These worked well for an alternative to the included lights I had for my diy Sam’s Study at 1/24 scale

Used these on a HO craftsman building kit. While the assembled kit by itself was impressive, these lights brought the building to another level. The lights are easy to install, wire, and weather. Recommend purchasing the ones with the built in resistor as it makes powering the lights very simple.

I'm working on a 1:24 scale mid-60s diorama of a racing pit area. Most lighting units that I've found were either too "frilly" for doll house use, or were for smaller scale train sets. The large version of this lamp is 10.5" diameter at my 1:24 scale, which is just what I was looking for. I'm still working on my project, so I have not completely wired and installed everything yet. I had no issues with shortening the pendant stem using a tube cutter by K&M. I've been able to add some details to make it look correct for my setting. The Deka LED chip is quite bright and I'm glad that I ordered the dimmer controller for my system. The warm color will be just right for my application.

These lamps where exactly like i was looking for. Easy to install in an existing diorama that i have.

Correct scale for the project I built. Looks great for the time period I was wanting to create.
