Returns
Our policy lasts 60 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Custom Items made specifically to order
Custom Items
A custom-made item is something we make specifically for one customer. These are not returnable. In the unusual event a failure occurs, we will uphold our free replacement guarantee.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Exchanges
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we will immediately send a replacement along with a postage-paid return envelope to get the item back.
If you decide you'd like a different size or color or different product altogether, we’re happy to exchange the item for a different one, but you will need to send the item back to us for Exchange.
Either way, please email help@evandesigns.com within 30 days of receiving your product to begin the process.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us may vary.
