How is my order packaged? I have a lot of different items!
We individually package each light size and color so you can tell them apart without testing. We also include an instruction sheet with power supplies and with the lights
Is there a minimum order?
We happily accept all orders with no minimums. If you are deciding among a few colors or sizes of LEDs, go ahead and order one of each. We will get them out to you!
How long will my order take to get to me?
Here at Evan Designs, we strive to ship your order as soon as possible. We handle Priority Mail and FedEx orders first. For other orders we ship US Postal Service First Class Mail. The US Postal Service claims 3-5 days for delivery within the Continental US. First Class International takes 12-24 days, depending on the customs service in your area. Customs seems to take longer in small towns than in larger cities. Customized orders will take 2-3 days to ship.
Can I get my order faster?

Do you Ship International and do you have a Currency Converter?
Yes, we are happy to ship your order internationally. We now charge a flat rate of $13.99 to all International Desinations
We have an excellent success rate with the United States Postal Service Package International.
Expect your order to take 6-18 business days to arrive, depending on customs policies in your country. We do not have a currency converter, but you can try Currency Converter
What is your policy on lost packages?
We do our best to make sure your order gets to you. We use the latest shipping software that is updated regularly. We use bubble mailers to protect the items and still be light for lower shipping costs to you.
For any questions about transit times or package locations once the package has a tracking number, please contact the US Postal Service or your country's customs office. Please report all lost, stolen, or damaged packages to the postal carrier that delivered or was meant to deliver your package.
If a package needs to be re-shipped as a result of postal/customs error or loss we will request postage in order to reship the package.

Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii and Puerto Rico?
Yes. Since we use US postal service, there is no added charge for these locations.

Do you accept Military Orders?
Yes, Military Orders are welcome. Shipping times for military orders cannot be predicted. All military orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service and are then processed through the military postal system. Sometimes there are significant delays between the time that the U.S.P.S. delivers the items to the military postal system and the time you will receive your order.
