How is my order packaged?
We individually package each light by size, color, voltage, and other attributes, so you can tell them apart without testing each one.
Is there a minimum order?
We happily accept all orders with no minimums. If you are deciding among a few colors or sizes of LEDs, go ahead and order one of each. We will get them out to you!
How long will my order take to arrive?
Here at Evan Designs, we strive to ship your order as soon as possible. We handle Priority Mail and FedEx orders first. For other orders, we ship USPS Ground Advantage. The US Postal Service claims 3-5 days for delivery within the Continental US.
What is your policy on lost packages?
We do our best to ensure your order reaches you. We use the latest shipping software that is updated regularly. We use bubble mailers to protect the items while keeping them light to reduce shipping costs for you.
For any questions about transit times or package locations once the package has a tracking number, please contact the US Postal Service or your country's customs office. Please report all lost, stolen, or damaged packages to the postal carrier who delivered or was meant to deliver your package.

Do you accept Military Orders?
Yes, Military Orders are welcome! Shipping times for military orders cannot be predicted. All military orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service and are then processed through the military postal system. Sometimes there are significant delays between when the USPS delivers items to the military postal system and when you receive your order.
What Countries do you ship to?
