1/64th scale "Land of the Giants Spaceship" model kit

A 1/64th scale model of the Land of the Giants spaceship, the Spindrift, has been illuminated with 46 LEDs, wired into five circuits to create various lighting effects. Red and Blue 3-Sync 5mm flashing LEDs were used for the intakes and cabin rear wall. The exhaust, dome, cockpit instruments, ceilings, and landing lights have been lit with a combination of solid and flickering Mega, Pico, Nano, and Chip LEDs in red, warm white, cool white, and ice blue. The lighting is controlled by a 12V DC power supply with circuit switches, and the upper hull has been made removable for access.
