Flickering Fire Kit

The Flicker Fire Kit was perfect for the sawdust burner. I used the 3mm kit based on my conversation with Evan Designs and my thoughts were the same. The sawdust burner still needs a little work but it does what I wanted it to do.

Excellent service and products as always

I placed an order for LEDs for 2 different projects using different voltages. ED contacted me immediately to verify I had ordered the correct components. I had requested expedited shipping but the response I got said that someone would review my answer w/in 6 days due to staffing issues, which wouldn’t meet my timeline. However, my order arrived right on time and was exactly as I had specified. ED remains my lighting go-to source.

I wish it was a little bigger and brighter, I went off a suggestion of the chat option of the seller. Next, I will select the bigger option .

The icing on my model cakes

Adding actual, practical lighting to torches, fireplaces, sconces and the like on 1:6 and 1:8 scale monster models used to be daunting, if not downright impossible. Evan Designs has changed all that. I recently did a diorama of the Bride of Frankenstein and my lighting consisted of lightning, chasers, fire, blinkers in all sorts of colors and intensities - and every lamp, wire and connector came from Evans. And it was so intuitive and easy. Add to it the motion sensor that lights up when you come near the model, and its a while new world for garage kits.
