The typical surface mount LED or chip LED has excellent overall brightness, 180 degree coverage on the front. But what about the back? The surface mount is not made to emit light out the back of the LED.

With this new 360-degree full glow LED made for full viewing, you won't have any dark patch with this new configuration.

What we have done:

• We have taken 2 LEDs
• soldered them close together
• then folded them over to put the two LEDs back to back.

The result is full brightness any way you turn the LED. This is a great choice for lighting up the inside of an object, or for freestanding lightbulbs or street lights.
