One of our customers volunteers at the historic Edgerton Model Railroad Room as part of the crew that operates, maintains, and upgrades the four layouts owned by the city in Rochester, NY. Blinking conventional lamps in passenger cars drove him nuts! With this fix, the lights no longer blink.
