Cooders Store Using Model Builder
Customer Roy Wilke submitted this diorama with the Cooders Store mode from Evan Designs' Model Builder. The model represents a suburban shop in an Australian city or medium-sized town. The original model has been modified by replacing the gable roof with a half-hip roof and replacing the shingle roof card with cards that mimic corrugated iron roofing. The awning posts, as is the sub-frame that holds it all together, are made of matchsticks. The "tiled front" for the shop's street frontage comes from a file for a London Underground station, and the advertisements are taken from the Internet. The front windows and doors are open and include a rudimentary shop interior, which can be illuminated with an installed LED.
"Thank you for your time, and for providing a rather good, easy to build, and easily-adaptable model building."
Thanks for the submission, Roy!
