  • Error in your Shipment?
    We strive to provide friendly and helpful customer service and ensure quick and accurate processing of every order. Please contact us immediately if you do not receive what was expected and we will ship the corrected item right out to you!
  • Returns
    We accept returns within 2 weeks of the date of delivery. You must email us at Help@EvanDesigns.com  to receive a Return Item Authorization. All items must be received back from you in the same condition as we sent them. The items must be in condition to re-sell. You need to pay the return shipping charges. We will refund the purchase price (less any shipping & handling). Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • In the case of voltage incompatible items in your order
    We at Evan Designs want to be sure you will be successful in your hobby projects! At no charge to you, we make a free manual review of each and every order that goes through our store.
    Incompatible "mixed volt" item examples could include our 3v LEDs our a 5-12v LEDs on 18V AC Track Power. Or a 3v coin cell holder or AA holder with 5-12v LEDs, or 3v LED with a 9v Battery Snap Switch. If you are a new arrival to lighting models, it's easy to miscalculate a voltage, or simply mis-click an option on one of out many product pages. Due to simple errors, items can easily be ordered that will not work well together or may burn out entirely.
    Our Procedure:
    We will try to contact you by email, or phone call, and or text message. If we cannot get in touch with you after FIVE business days, we will send your order as you have placed it with a note letting you know we did try to contact you. If your LEDs fail after we have tried to contact you, our Free Replacement Guarantee is at our discretion.
  • Opting out
    On the cart page, there is a small check box that is labeled 'Opt Out'. If you check this box, you are letting us know that you are already aware of the items in your order that may be incompatible(as in the case of multiple projects with different voltage requirements), and your order will be processed and shipped without any attempts to contact you.
  • Responsibility
    The user and/or customer will determine the suitability of the product for his or her intended use and shall assume all risk and liability in connection with its use. If you substitute or replace components with after-market accessories, Evan Designs cannot be held responsible for problems or equipment failure caused by modifications. Specifically, you should be somewhat familiar with wiring before purchasing LEDs.
