Lights are all great
Lights are all great. Figured I would show you the end result. I ended up using a 1S Lipo which only has 4.2V but they look great. The 7.2v 2S batteries are a bit heavier so this one works great and weighs nothing.

Custom Lighted RailKing Fire Station
As with all the RailKing operating accessories, this was very poorly lighted with those tiny Christmas tree bulbs. Evan Designs LEDs punch out the lighted windows and even allowed lighting of the truck. Could be the only one of these with the truck lighted! -- Bill Lowe --
Custom Lighted Dr Pepper Tractor Trailer
I picked up this tractor and trailer as separate units at a train show for all of 4 bucks! The trailer was already painted the color you see here and that led to the making of the Dr. Pepper decals for it and for the cab.

Amtrak police
Greetings,
I have made a few purchases in the past and I have always been satisfied with the products I've received. Recently, I purchased several flashing PICO LEDS (red, white and blue) that I installed in a 1/43 Amtrak Police Car light bar. The effect is better than expected. However, in order to install the "wiring harness" (all the little wires twisted together to represent a trunk wire) through the roof of the cruiser, I will have to remove the shrink tube and de-solder the wires leading to the chips from the flasher and resistor circuit in order to drill the smallest hole that will accept my "wiring harness". There is a total of 6 PICO LEDs in the light bar. My question is this. Would it be possible to purchase an order of flashing PICO LEDs with the chip wires NOT soldered to the flashing circuit and resistor? Whereas, all I would have to do is install the PICO LEDs where needed, thread the tiny wires through the appropriate size hole(s), solder the wires to the flasher circuit and apply the shrink tube. Sort of a "Kit" style configuration if you will. Of course, I will take FULL responsibility for any damage that may occur as a result of improper assembly of the aforementioned "Kit" configuration (sometimes experimentation produces collateral damage). This would reduce the amount of time necessary to disassemble and then re-assemble the PICO LED flashers in order to use them for my particular applications. Anything you can do to help will be greatly appreciated.
Respectfully,
Robert Cvarovsky
