This is an expanded version of the flat roof trailer. They are the same plan, just with some dimension changes and a peak roof added. There is a choice of three different foundations; the lattice is covering the concrete block foundation. Just be certain to key in the correct location information in the “Material Dimensions”. The “With” and “Height” are correct. Also feel free to change the siding and roof material, just keep the existing dimensions. (But you already know that!)

Also don’t be afraid to play with the size. I have four variants already! This one is roughly based on a floor plan found on line so you can look there. (Search “manufactured homes” for a start. If you do a cool double wide, please post it. :)
